I was recently approached by Julie of Julie Ray Photography, who was planning to attend a workshop here in Seattle. She wanted to know if she could use my Snow Queen headdress for a concept shoot during the workshop. I get these requests from time to time, and while I am definitely open to them, I also tend to be somewhat cautious. Julie quickly eased any concerns that I may have had, because she was extremely professional, positive and forthright in all of our communication. She outlined her project in detail, and was very flexible and accommodating.
She treated my work with care and respect, and I am beyond thrilled with her photos! Photography is just not my strong suit, whereas her talent and skill are evident. The difference between my photos of this piece and the ones that you see here are night and day. I love the way that she created a mood/theme, and the use of snowy crystals on the model’s brows and lips is such a great touch.
This was a wonderful opportunity for me, and I hope, for Julie as well. She seemed very happy with the workshop that she attended, so I think it was good for her too. I love when artists are able to work together and help each other out! 🙂
This mask is just stunning. Wishing that this opens up more abundance and fabulous experiences for you.
Happiness Always to ALL !
Thank you! I’ve had some really fun opportunities opening up lately, and I’m feeling very grateful!
Good wishes to you too, my friend 🙂
