This handcrafted hardwood hair stick was made from reclaimed curly maple wood. It’s accented with a hand tooled and painted leather peacock feather, with real peacock feathers and wirework details. It’s an elegant little hair pin that is sure to add a bit of flare to your updo!

The wooden hair stick was handcrafted from reclaimed curly maple wood. This is an old stock hair stick that I got from Pacific Northwest woodworker Eduard Phillips of Pacific Mercantile.
The hairstick is topped with a hand carved and painted leather peacock feather, which is accented with spiral wirework and real peacock feathers. Both sides of the feather are embellished, since it’s large enough to be seen from the front and back. The overall length of the hair stick is about 9.25″, and the usable length of the hairstick is about 6.25″.
