These hand crafted leather rose accessories can be used as a shawl pins or barrettes. Each one is cut from premium tooling leather, which is hand sculpted, dyed, painted and sealed. The color is a rich red with vibrant green leaves shaded with darker green. The red color is a bit darker and deeper than these photos suggest.
In the language of flowers, red roses symbolize love. Most often, we see this as romantic love or passion, but red roses can also represent admiration, respect, and memorial.
This listing is for the smaller size, which measures just shy of 2″ tall by 4.75″ wide at the tallest and widest points. They do curve up to seem a bit smaller when worn. The holes are spaced at about 2.5″ apart, which is a smaller spacing that is well suited for fine hair. If your hair is on the thicker side, this spacing will work best for half updos, as a ponytail holder or as a shawl pin.
