I was inspired to create yellow rose barrettes after seeing the devastation from Hurricane Harvey. Before I could complete them, catastrophic storms touched town in Florida, Puerto Rico, and now California is dealing with natural disaster as well. So I’ve added a couple more colors, and I’ll be donating 50% of the proceeds from these pieces to the American Red Cross through the end of 2017.
This listing is for one of the larger barrettes in your choice of yellow, red or purple. They measure just shy of 3″ tall by 6″ wide at the tallest and widest points, and the hair stick will run through the length of the leaves. The holes will be spaced at about 3.5″ apart, which is a medium spacing.
You can choose from several different wood colors for the hair stick. The last photo shows just the hairsticks, and each color is labeled. When you choose your stick type from the drop down menu, it will also include the approximate length (length varies a bit on these) as well as whether the end is rounded or squared.
