This elegant peacock headpiece was crafted from premium tooling leather. It was hand cut, carved and sculpted, then painted in shimmering tones of emerald green, metallic bronze and royal blue. A sculpted leather peacock sits at the center of the forehead; the little bird is rich in detail, with a tooled leather crown and faceted glass beads for eyes.
The feather work portion is comprised of natural peacock tail feathers and spikes, and it measures about 8″ high by 17″ wide. The crown rests across the front of your forehead, and it ties on (like a mask); it does not go all the way around your head. It fastens with gorgeous, high quality stretch elastic ribbon, and there are multiple connection points on the back side in case you’d like to use clips instead of ties.

Please note that this mannequin head has a bit of a wonky shape – it’s unusually tall and narrow, and it’s tilted at an odd angle. The fit and shape of this piece are far more flattering on a real live human.
